Quantitative Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility Testing
Upon completion of your new sorting machine, we will validate parts from various product lots. Any quantitative limitations found will be resolved and noted to the client. The final Gage R&R will reflect the true accuracy and reliability of the machine for your future use.
Versatility in Sorting Application
Each machine constructed will most likely be able to inspect more than one product. In this case, we like to take every precaution that change-out can not only be completed quickly and efficiently, but also with accurate and reliable results. You will find our machines to be very operator friendly.

We have always striven to create a great atmosphere for communication. We love the data driven methods found in our machines. That is why we ensure that each machine is capable of live, data driven reporting. This data is available to both the operator and also to management through access by PC or mobile devices.
